Northpoint Parcel Sold
Following news that federal money will help pay for the relocation of the Lechmere MBTA station to the other side of McGrath Highway, Boston Business Journal reported the sale of 22 Water St., a 2.4-acre parcel of land that is part of the North Point Development District in East Cambridge. The property consists of an existing 60,000-square-foot office and warehouse facility located on more than two acres.
