Mass. road, rail projects get $5.2b lift in US bill 

From the Boston Globe: WASHINGTON -- Federal tax dollars will help rebuild the Lechmere MBTA station, build a National Park Service visitors' center on the Rose Kennedy Greenway, and fund Back Bay road improvements associated with the expansion of the Museum of Fine Arts, among a wide variety of projects included in a massive highway bill that appears to be headed for approval in Congress this week.
